For UK & EU Customers:

Due to the new VAT regulations on imported goods from all countries, we currently only offer the following shipping method via our website shop:

Flat Letter Mail  - for flat paper products (stickers, die cuts, journaling card, etc ), and
Oversized Letter Mail  - for less than 4 washi tapes, OR less than 4 washi cards orders.
Please note these letter mail shipping service does NOT including tracking.

Processing Time:

Our default processing time is 1- 5 FULL BUSINESS but can increase during sales or high volume order periods.

Please refer to the announcement header at the top of our website for the most current processing times.

Please note that processing time DOES NOT include delivery time.  

Where can I track my order?

Tracking is NOT provided with standard shipping! Orders are shipped via Canada Post as REGULAR LETTER MAIL to keep shipping costs reasonable and affordable for everyone, which means that there is NO TRACKING NUMBER provided. 

If you'd like to add tracking with your order, you can choose to purchase tracking at checkout.

When should I expect my order?

The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post and ChitChat. This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!

Estimated Shipping Time (From the date of shipment):

Canada ... 2-20 BUSINESS days

U.S. ... 4-30 BUSINESS days

INTERNATIONAL ... 6-45 BUSINESS days

What happens if my order has not arrived in the estimated timeframe?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was undeliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, Please contact us and we will try our best to figure something out with you!

We have a window of 60 business days after your delivery estimate as shown on your shipping notification to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post office not being able to provide any extra assistance.

If the mail is returned to us due to undelivered, reshipment fees will be apply.

Please double check that the address submitted in your order is correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost mail due to inaccurate addresses. 

I received wrong/defective stickers, what do I do?

We are so sorry for the trouble caused. We check our products before packing and shipping, but sometimes, we might miss something. Please contact us with your order number, we'll try our best to make things right for you.

Can I combine my orders?

Please Message / contact us for combine orders. We will try our best to help you.

Please do NOT just leave a note on your later order(s) since we won't see your notes until we start to process your later order, and normally, by that time, your former order might already be shipped out.

We cannot combine orders If your former order(s) have already been packed or shipped.

We might be unable to combine orders during major promotions due to the high value of orders we might have.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations will not be permitted after 3 hours of purchase. We might be able to cancel your order after 3 hours if it is not being processed, but not guaranteed. 

No cancellations during sales or major promotions.

Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom orders at the moment. But please feel free to send us stickers suggestions and we will try our best to include the same or similar stickers in our future new releases.
